Its Great to be 8!!

Our sweet Gaige turned eight this year and chose to be baptized. We are so happy for him. He is such a great kid and a good big Brother. He has his birthday on Tuesday and was baptized today. So lets start with his birthday. He woke up to streamers and balloons all over his top bunk. He got 2 lego race cars, WHITE UNDIES so no one would see his spiderman undies while getting baptized, gum, kinetic Sports, a punching bag and the bomb angry bird

gaige baptismOn to his baptism. His baptism was at 11:00 and almost everyone in the family was able to come. We missed James and Traci and their kiddos. Traci was sick and in the hospital and Sariah and her family live in Washington. They were all missed. Trent Batty conducted from the bishopric he is a friend of Brendan’s from growing up and Great Grandma and grandpa Cohn were able to make it too. Here is his program:

We had a luncheon afterwards with yummy soups and cake. It was a great day! We are so proud of you Gaige!!

Heartbroken :.(

This is Kiley's reaction to finding out she is having another brother. It was so sad :.( I had to go in my room and cry because I felt so bad for her. She is ok now especially after going to Snowflake for the weekend. Brendan's sister had a baby boy Kyler on Thursday and she loved holding him. She is going to pick out an outfit for him at the hospital and help make him a blanket so she is excited about that. I will post some pics of the new little nephew next time. :)
